COERCION AND PERSUASION Within the actions
of training and education the (general) idea of coercion must be rejected; The
coach, school, family, modern society in general (morals, opinions), works
for the affirmation of persuasion .* Coercion degrades the dignity of the subject
and even instructor; the usage of ease constraints may be a
manifestation of weakness berate his professional temperamental
(pedagogical tact). In particular,
within the activities that require some sacrifices to achieve high results
through systematic training and proper preparedness gets the subject to admit
the whole automatic regime - coercion by which the 'obstacle'
(performance) can be overcome. So for the children at beginner level and in some
concrete situations of occasional occurrence in the behavior of neglect,
fastidiousness, the coach may call for some form of incentive constraint,
taking care always to explain the target group and the group ... – The reason
for constraint, shows up conditions of halt, waiver thereof, especially a
self-practicing clear in order not to punish anyone when there is a reason
for nervousness. Nervousness shall never be associated with training methods. One more
effective way it seems to be the 'strengthen of the positive' by the 'praise
