BLOCKAGES WITHIN THE ACTIVITY The inter-relationship
between monitor and executants involved into the concrete work of learning
swimming, makes the subject to rules and principles arising from a large
chapter of the didactics which means: - indications must be communicated more
easily and with a precise address; - in the same way – they must be exercised and trained in
order to be (accepted) naturally to induce a state of satisfaction, pleasure,
happiness. Do not
forget: nobody in this world will not be effective (in learning, in a
practice and so on) than when he is making what he wishes and love! Blockages
that occur within an active communications and learning for swimming, except
those which are caused by lack of experience, professionalism among monitor
... may occur if: 1. The executants
have no notion of the exact and positive 'self image' (high current
problem!), Lack of confidence in their skills and curiosity of a blur 'try'
even proposed execution. 2. The executants
“don’t strive” to the ideals, even to the minor ones that the monitor - executants
can relate to preconceptions or ideas indirectly induced by a third person
(sometimes it is a disaster if someone issues an entourage of negative
opinion about the content or monitor activity ). 3. The
executants strive for an activity (body) alone, in the relationship 'I have a
teacher and I do what / how I want', especially bodily activities are
beneficial if training takes place in group (by an algorithm unit) but
carefully individualized (which still allowing the installation of
introspection and desire to win by partners). 4. The
executants are not realistic and ignore the partners and their interests.
Excesses of individualism and selfishness, arrogance may appear even within
some innocent exercise competitions, where the spirit of 'fair play' must
lead 'hostilities' to finally succeeded. 5. The
executants are wrongly motivated by the monitor or entourage, in this way all
the information and communication will sag and negative motivation will
increase gaps in education or behavior. Communication that accompanies
setting motivation is imperative to avoid blockages due to a reduced capacity
of listening, understanding of the message - the current talk of 'the art of
knowing how to learn’. Breaking
factors in the privacy of communication activities in the body, factors
generators unnecessary blockage or damage concerns both the rational /
logical and the emotional / sentimental systems. These two great range of
educational management have in mind, the most general assessment of failure
blockages generated within the body activities / so in the case of learning
